DISTRICT FINANCE COMMITTEE
The Finance Committee is formed in accordance with the manual on Policies, Procedures and Resolutions, and performs the duties set out therein, including the preparation and recommendation to incoming Club Presidents, and directs the Treasurer in the implementation of the budget and other District finances.

NOMINATING COMMITTEE
This committee consists of the immediate Past District governor and 4 PDG’s who served in District 6330. This committee will interview candidates for District Governor and Council on Legislation representative.

DISTRICT INSURANCE
The Insurance Committee is responsible for obtaining and maintaining a District-owned insurance policy containing specified liability coverage for all Rotarians in the District involved in Rotary activities.

The District Training Committee is responsible for providing Rotary leaders the knowledge and skills they need to lead their clubs and districts with passion and confidence.

STRATEGIC PLANNING COMMITTEE
The activities and organization of Rotary District 6330 exist solely to help the individual clubs advance the object of Rotary. The purpose of the Strategic Planning Committee is to assist Rotary Clubs of District 6330 fulfill the mission of Rotary International through planning and ensuring that District 6330 policies and procedures are consistent with those prescribed by Rotary International.

COUNCIL ON LEGISLATION
The Council on Legislation (COL) is the highest legislative body in Rotary. It is composed of one delegate from each district. The triennial Rotary International Council on Legislation will next meet in the spring of 2019.

CLUB ADMINISTRATION
To promote club fellowship and overall club operating procedures within each club. Club service has the opportunity to have many Subcommittees that help run a successful, vibrant Rotary Club

MEMBERSHIP DEVELOPMENT AND RETENTION
To encourage each club to develop an organized and professional way to increase membership through the entire process of recruiting, inducting and retaining. Including club extension to ascertain those communities that do not have a Rotary Club, but could feasibly support a Rotary Club; then to initiate the necessary steps to establish such Club.

RYLA - SEMINAR FOR TOMORROWS LEADERS
To have each Club in the District send youth between ages 14 to 18 to a leadership seminar that will enhance their skills through training sessions and quality workshops. Quality leaders and motivational speakers are attracted to this weekend in order to develop each student’s leadership qualities.

ROTARACT
To promote the development of school or community based service clubs for young adults between the ages of 18 and 30. Each Rotaract Club is dedicated to fellowship, community and international service projects.

INTERNATIONAL SERVICE
International service committees work with clubs and districts to identify resources to develop international projects and design global grants of higher quality and greater scale by leveraging local Rotarian and Rotary alumni expertise, establishing connections between clubs in your district and a host or international partner, and creating a network of local experts to help with planning projects and grants.

DISTRICT FOUNDATION COMMITTEE
The role of the committee is two-fold: to handle the administrative aspects of applications, i.e. to ensure that the forms are completed properly and secondly to recommend the appropriate action, i.e. access to District Grant monies, or assignment of District Designated Funds (DDF) monies to Global Grant application for forwarding to The Rotary Foundation (TRF).
The District Rotary Foundation Committee is responsible for coordinating support from District Clubs for the information and initiatives from the Foundation to Clubs and individuals, by assisting in the development and achievement of District financial goals, and by assisting in the recognition of program participants and contributions.

POLIO ERADICATION
To eliminate Polio from the world. To inform Rotarians about the status of the Eradicate Polio program and encourage support of the Program.

FOUNDATION ANNUAL GIVING
To organize a comprehensive plan for Foundation giving throughout the year. To promote the District Foundation goals through individual contributions, Club projects, Paul Harris Fellowship recognition and benefactor giving as well as encouraging individuals to give to The Foundation on an annual basis.

ENDOWMENT FUND / MAJOR GIFTS
The Endowment Fund/Major Gifts Committee is responsible within the District for planned giving and Major Gifts to the Endowment Fund of the Rotary Foundation and the recognition of donors to the Endowment Fund as benefactors, members of the Bequest Society, and Major Donors. Contributions to the Endowment Fund are not spent, thus forming a permanent endowment to support Foundation programs.

PROMOTING PEACE
Through our partnerships with several leading universities, Rotary Peace Fellows develop the skills to strengthen peace efforts, train local leaders to prevent and mediate conflict, and support long-term peace building in areas of conflict. Up to 100 peace fellowships are provided each year at Rotary Peace Centers.

SUPPORTING EDUCATION AND LITERACY
Sixty-seven million children worldwide have no access toeducation and more than 775 million people over the age of 15 are illiterate. Projects strengthen communities to support basic education and literacy, reduce gender disparity in education, and increase adult literacy.

PAUL HARRIS SOCIETY
The Paul Harris Society is a District-administered recognition for those who elect to personally contribute US $1,000 or more each year to the Annual Programs Fund, Polio Plus, Polio Plus Partners, or the Humanitarian Grants Program. Individual districts handle all associated recognition for this program, and inquiries should be directed accordingly. Paul Harris Society contributions are eligible toward Rotary Foundation Sustaining Member (Annual Programs Fund contributions only), Paul Harris Fellow, Multiple Paul Harris Fellow, and Major Donor recognition.

VOCATIONAL TRAINING TEAMS
Clubs which are interested in vocational training teams (VTT) would submit an application for a global grant. Contact the District Governor or Foundation Chair for more information.
INTERNATIONAL YOUTH EXCHANGE
To provide a Rotary International Program for students of secondary school age to engage in study and travel abroad for one academic year for the purpose of advancing international understanding and goodwill.

CHILD AND YOUTH PROTECTION
District 6330 Rotary Clubs place great emphasis on their work with people in the community, including children, youth, and other vulnerable persons, through Rotary’s many programs. This committee provides a framework to create and maintain a safe and respectful environment for all participants in Rotary programs or activities, and to protect the interests of everyone involved.
