HOW TO BECOME A ROTARY BENEFACTOR
If the amount is over US $1000.00 and less than $10,000.00 you will be a Benefactor and receive the wings to wear behind your Rotary pin.
If you are planning a larger than US $10,000.00 donation or bequest, the same process rules apply, but you might like to get in touch with your District Governor, District Foundation Chair or The Rotary Foundation Major Gifts Officer:

GIVE TO YOUR LAWYER A CODICIL TO YOUR LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT. Here is the suggested text:
“I,__________________, hereby amend my last will and testament, executed on the _day of ______, in the year____. I direct that all provisions of that will remain in effect, but direct in addition that the Rotary Foundation (Canada) shall receive (insert here the dollar amount or percentage of estate) to be used for the benefit of said Foundation in such manner as the Trustees may direct.”
Date, sign, and have your signature witnessed. It should then be attached to your original will. It’s as simple as that!
Hand this to your lawyer, send a notice to the Rotary District Foundation Chair Martin Ward (and include your Foundation ID number if you have one, your club and district 6330).
You may use form 331-EN16.
