Toronto Convention 2018

A Happy New Year to all. December, as is usual,  has gone by quickly, we soon begin the last six months of our Rotary year.

Remember to register for the International Convention in Toronto - June 23-27, 2018. Early bird pricing is now past, but the registration is still open - and - our proximity to Toronto, makes this convention an opportunity not to be missed. Details can be found here.

If you are registering for the convention, please consider the Host Hospitality evening on June 25, 2018 - details here. Our District hosts should sign up on the list before January 15 for an opportunity to be one of the hosts. We anticipate that this opportunity will be oversubscribed and a draw will be necessary to determine who will be our hosts. That draw takes place on January 15.

Upcoming Club and Area Events

If you have a story to tell, pictures to show off, or an event to publicize, please send it to the editor and we will publish it and/or make sure it gets on the District 6330 website.

To have your event listed, send links to published details for your upcoming events to the Editor. Your feedback, suggestions, and submissions are welcomed.

2018 New Years Resolution

Rotarians are dreamers. We dream of making a difference. We dream of a polio-free world.

We don’t merely change with the world — we are the changemakers.

Rotarians are people of action, who join leaders to exchange ideas and take action. But we don’t usually do a very good job at getting our stories told and heard. So as you make your 2018 New Year’s Resolutions, add these points to the list:
  1. Help your club build its public image.
  2. Remember that people join and stay in Rotary for the friendships and community service - use these themes when you talk to others about Rotary.
  3. Use Rotary resources — including the People of Action materials and more at the Rotary Brand Center.
  4. Do Good In The World & Share Your Rotary Stories!

Happy New Year!
