The House of Friendship committee is offering our six sponsor districts the opportunity to showcase their clubs’ accomplishments on the big screen in the House of Friendship.
If you want your club project(s) to be part of the display
- Gather photos depicting your club project (no specific quality however higher the resolution, the more crisp the photos)
- Send photos to your District Governor Martin Ward at martin.a.ward@gmail.com - before June 1 - the sooner, the better....
The presentation will be put together in movie format with background music and shown at different times throughout the Convention.

Air time is being offered to our sponsoring Rotary Clubs at the House of Friendship, 2018 Rotary International Convention, free of charge.
There is no guarantee to time or frequency of viewings.
Requirements:
Original video – No youtube links please
Format: ProRes LT (minimum), 16 x 9 format, minimum 1080 x 720 resolution
Max 7 minutes in length
Deadline for submission: June 5th, 2018
