The Governance Committee will meet in January and will consider any proposed changes submitted with sufficient lead time to allow appropriate review.
Changes approved by the Governance Committee will be presented to all clubs in the District during the President-Elect Learning Seminar (PELS) in March 2025 and will be presented for a vote at the ABM, currently scheduled for Tuesday, April 29th, via Zoom.
