In this month's Zone newsletter 'Beyond Borders' Director Jeffry Cadorette focuses on change:
"This isn’t a conversation about what is right or wrong. It is a conversation about what is...... We need it now. We need it in your districts and all across Zones 24 and 32. It is how we will grow. It is how we will thrive. It is how we will stay relevant. It is how we will be able to serve more people and more communities here and around the globe."
There is also an article by Mary Lou Harrison, 7070 District Governor 2018-19 entitled - "It's 2018, and Rotary International has an All-Male Board. Why?"
The Zone Institute has changed. Formerly open to Rotarians in the District Governor chain (past, current, and future district governors) the annual gathering has changed - for this year's event in Montreal all Rotarians are Invited!!
The program is an effective, interactive educational talk about DRUGS and is directed towards Grade 5 students and is presented in the classroom or school auditorium.

We’ll also celebrate 30 years of achievements by the GPEI. Learn more about the event in Philadelphia and how you can promote your own event or find an event near you. READ MORE
Could You Be The Next President of Rotary International?
That's the title of a myth-busting article from Rotary International subtitled 'What it takes to be a Leader in Rotary'. It's an interesting read and well worth it if you're thinking about taking a leadership position in your Club, in our District, in our Zone, or even at Rotary International. Read the full story here.
