Dear Mr Principal,

The Dictionary Project is a nonprofit organization that raises money to buy dictionaries for third grade students in Canada and The United States. With your approval The Rotary Club of London Hyde Park would like to donate dictionaries for your grade three students for the school year 2010-2011.

Please contact me in writing, by email or by regular mail, giving permission to proceed and please include the estimated number of grade 3 students.  If you have any questions I can be reached by telephone at (519) 473-3077 or by email at sue.storie@sympatico.ca.   Thank you for this opportunity to partner with your school in promoting literacy in our community.

Sincerely,
