Submit A Grant Request
You will be presented with the details shown below.
Give your project a short descriptive name and indicate the Rotary year in which the project will be started and completed.
 
The location information will likely default to your home club's location. Modify as required if your project is in another community.
 
In the description field, briefly describe your proposed project. Please limit your description to less than 400 characters (including blanks)
 
You must be "qualified" to submit a request. Qualification can be obtained by taking the online course at District Grant Management Course.

Enter the estimated total budget for the project in USD (United States Dollars) and click on Submit. 
 

Additional Requirements for Multi-club Projects

If you are submitting a grant request on behalf of multiple clubs, this form should be completed by the main sponsoring club.
  • The sponsoring club is the only club that must be qualified in a multi-club project.
  • The details of expected contributions and expected grant amounts for each club involved can be added to the description.
    (This detail may exceed the 400 character limit mentioned above.)
