The Application Phase
The second phase of the District Grant submission is where the details are provided. Up to this point a simple description and estimated total project cost have been provided. Now is the time to provide the details of the project and a balanced budget.
The details are entered under the Application heading:

The budget details are entered under the Budget heading - ensure that it is a balanced budget with income matching expenses and convert all items to USD using the Rotary International exchange rate for the applicable month.
